For more than twenty-five years, Boise based inspiration consultant and speaker Dr. Tom Lobaugh, has been coming along side entrepreneurs, organizations, coaches and student athletes, delivering keynote presentations, workshops, and one-with-one coaching making a positive impact in their lives. Tom has been called "a custom purveyor of excellence" for entrepreneurs and student athletes by motivating them to elevate their vision with their unique and creative imagination, set goals, and change behaviors with a plan for success. Tom's company, Inspire Excellence, is committed to “inspiring the world to excellence one heart at a time.” Tom’s unique style of story telling, transparency, and humor offer a one of a kind experience for audiences, teams, and organizations.

Tom is an Adjunct Professor at Boise State University in Foundational Studies and the Communication Department teaching Interpersonal Communication, Listening, and Civic and Ethical Foundations. Tom also coaches jumpers at Eagle High School. Prior to Tom's professional career as a speaker and inspiration consultant he served in congregational ministry throughout the United States and other parts of the world.
